TERMS AND CONDITION
We would love to let you know about the terms and conditions when you book one of our tour packages. Also, we would like to inform you about some important travel tipsthat you should consider when you are going to use our services.
1.Reservation & Booking Procedures
For those of you who are interested and would like to book one of our tour packages, please do not hesitate to send us a message via our company’s email, hotline number or WhatsApp. As soon as we get your reservation–request, we will book it and send you an official confirmation message.
2.Payment System & Transaction
If you interest with our product and want to make reservation, please send us 30% from total price as the deposit Then the rest payment should be done one day before the tour begin or at least in the morning before Leaving from Labuan Bajo
The deposit can be sent via bank, or paypal, and the rest of payment should be done by cash when arrive in Labuan Bajo.
We will give you a confirmation about the tour after we received the deposit in our account
Payments system and transaction are done in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Foreign currencies (such as USD, EURO, GBP, etc.) will automatically be converted into IDR with the current exchange rate of our local bank. You will get the address of our bank account in the invoice.
3.Refund & Cancellation Policy
When you book our service you will have settled all the tour payment or you will at least have transferred some deposit to our account. When you suddenly have to cancel the tour with us for any reason, we cannot provide refund.
We do not include any kind of travel insurance in our service.
5.ATM services & Moneychangers
We have some ATM services and moneychangers on Flores Island. But notice since these are small local banks the exchange rate will be different. There is a better rate only in well-developed touristic areas like Jakarta, Bali and Yogyakarta. That is why it is better for you to change your money there and bring some IDR cash to our region. Credit cards are accepted in some hotels, restaurants and mini markets.
6.Things to bring with
Enough cash (IDR) for personal expenses (see 5. ATM services & Moneychangers), trekking/walking shoes (good resistance, especially in rainy season), sandals, trousers, sweaters, jackets, raincoat, sun glasses, sun hat, sun blocker, towel, snorkel gear, swimming suit, sleeping bag for the village tour program (if you sleep in the village), portable flash light, camera, mosquito spray, strong malaria prevention kit, first aid box and other important things which are not mentioned here (like passport, flight tickets etc.
